Our beloved Kingdom while celebrating the anniversary of its National Day, and the centenary of its founding and unification, is enjoying today, with the help of Allah and the sincere efforts of its leaders, remarkable achievements guided by the light of Islam and knowledge as the basis of the social and economic development of all its sectors.

Any observer to the building of these sectors will notice that the Kingdom passed through a number of successive phases starting from the foundation phase, the building of an integrated national structure, execution of major projects and then last came the overall development phase which utilized modern science in educating, training and qualifying national cadres to improve performance and expedite the progress. On the top of these projects came infrastructure projects came infrastructure projects.

It’s really a great pleasure to civil aviation to contribute to the execution of one of the most modern development projects in the field of air transport industry which is King Fahad International Airport in the Eastern Region, A group of highly qualified Saudi citizens participated in this project sine its planning phase and throughout its laborious years of execution.

From the beginning we put into our consideration the importance of providing the best modern services and installations that shall cater for the welfare of the citizen and cope with the fast technological changes in the field of civil aviation so that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia may occupy a high position among advanced countries.

Throughout our intensive work we have been guided by the continuous directions and remarks of HRH Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz whose unceasing concern and follow up played a major role in bringing this project to reality.

We would like to extend on this occasion our sincere felicitations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, HRH the Crown Prince, HRH Prince Sutlan Bin Abdulaziz and to every Saudi citizen for this great achievement which copes with the age of globalization in which communication, travel and transport centers are considered to be its modern tools.
